Payment Policy

  1. Accepted Payment Methods At BeeTeeTalk, we accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we offer the convenience of PayPal for secure transactions. Please note that we do not accept personal or electronic checks, cash on delivery (COD), Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time.

  2. Applying Discounts, Gift Cards, and Rewards Points To apply a discount code, gift card, coupon, or rewards points, simply proceed to your shopping cart and select “checkout.” On the right-hand side of the screen, you will find the total cost of your order. Above the subtotal and shipping costs, there is a field where you can enter your discount code or gift card code. You’ll also see your available rewards points with an option to apply them to your purchase.

  3. Post-Order Discount Application Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts to orders after they have been placed. Discount codes must be applied during the checkout and payment process by the customer. Additionally, we do not allow the combination of multiple discounts on a single order. Please ensure all discounts are applied before completing your purchase.

  4. Refund Processing Time If a refund is issued by BeeTeeTalk, please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected back in your account or on your card.

  5. Currency Information All orders are processed in USD (United States Dollars). While you can view the content of your cart in other currencies, the checkout will be completed in USD using the most current exchange rate.
