Lost Orders

If your order is lost by our shipping carrier, we will send a replacement or offer a full refund.


Our products are made to order. To cancel or modify your order, email us as soon as possible after placing it. Changes can be made before production begins, which could be within 2 to 12 hours. Once in production, cancellations are not possible, but you may be eligible for a replacement. Canceled orders receive a 90% refund, with 10% deducted as a service fee.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed items in the same condition as received if:

  • The printed image is unclear or off-center.
  • You received the wrong package.
  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • The order does not match the size, color, or style.

Contact us with pictures and your order number. Upon verification, we will refund or exchange the item.

Refunds Policy

Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 5% transaction fee applies, deducted from the refund amount. If you receive an item with an unclear or off-center print, incorrect package, delivery damage, or wrong size/color/style, email us a picture with your order number. We will promptly send a replacement.
